What is refundable, and when.

Media Day deposits are non-refundable once a production day is scheduled. Scheduling the day is the moment we commit the founders, the gear, and the date to you.

Monthly services — content plans and ad management — cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid are not refunded.

Website design deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

For CRM implementation and ongoing management, scoped software development, SEO, and medical-record services, cancellation and refund terms are set out in your signed services agreement. This page does not establish additional deposits, notice periods, or refund rules for those services.

Scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed privately during onboarding before work begins.

A signed services agreement governs where it differs from this page. The terms of servicealso address a refund when a customer ends an agreement following a material change to those terms. That provision is separate from ordinary service cancellation.
