CURIA / SOFTWARE FOR MEDICAL PROVIDERS
Your cases.
Your balances.
A clear next step.
Unpaid balances are harder to follow when the records are scattered. Curia brings case progress, billing amounts, and record requests into one provider workspace.
See how it worksYour practice manages its records and balances. The law firm handles legal decisions. Curia keeps the work organized between them.
FROM SCATTERED FILES TO A CLEAR PROCESS
Keep the work moving.
Keep the case in view.
Start with the records you have. Follow what is needed, what has been reviewed, and where the case goes next.
- 01
Send the records.
Send available files to Curia. Staff identify the case and organize the records for review.
- 02
Review what is missing.
Curia reviews the available material and asks for what is needed. The attorney decides whether a claim can move forward.
- 03
Prepare the handoff.
Follow the case as a firm reviews it. Records reach the firm only after Curia staff review and release them.
- 04
Keep track of the balance.
See billed amounts, recorded payments, and requests together. Use those records to guide the next conversation.
CLEAR ROLES. SHARED PROGRESS.
A working relationship,
built around your practice.
Emmanuel Suarez handles operations and software. Kennedy Dryden leads marketing and strategy. The founders stay involved as we shape the workflow with your team.
What does the provider workspace manage?
Case status, record requests, uploaded-file progress, and recorded billed and paid amounts. Select a case to see what needs attention and open its records and updates.
Does an unpaid balance mean it can be recovered?
No. A billing amount alone does not establish a valid claim or predict a recovery. Records need review, and the attorney determines the legal options. Recorded payments are also separate from verified receipts.
Where do PIP and BI fit?
Personal injury protection (PIP) and bodily injury (BI) involve different claims and legal requirements. Tell us which files your practice needs help organizing so we can discuss the review workflow with you and your attorney.
Can I send a large batch of cases?
Speak with us about the volume and how your files are organized. The current upload process receives files for staff review; it does not automatically turn one large upload into separate, completed case audits.
Is marketing part of the software?
Case and balance management is the foundation. Marketing support is a separate conversation based on what your practice needs.
